Hi Experts,
SAP is producing EEO-4 in pdf version, where EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commision) only accept the data upload files in .txt formats., Was there any alternative SAP provided to produce the files in .txt format.
Or I am missing some thing here.
Please advice.
