Need your kind help with this urgently.
The highlighted icon is greyed out in IW33 transaction for a particular service order but is not greyed out for another sales document type
Could anyone please tell me how i can make the icon active to check the notification number?
This cannot be a technical issue as the icon is active in other sales document types.
Kindly help me with this.
