Glad to hear you have figured out the issue yourself.
The issue is due to the differences between the default "BI Platform Restful Web Services" and "Lumira Restful Web Services". By default when you install BI Platform, it comes with the "biprws" on WACS, but this is not sufficient for saving or retrieving documents from Lumira Desktop to BI Platform. You actually need to install LS4BIP with the "Restful Web Services" install component to add the relevant jar files to "biprws".
I see that you are using a cluseted BI Platform environment and you have at least 2 WACS servers. The one on "BOEserver" is hosting the default "biprws", and since you installed LS4BIP on "LUMIRAserver", the "biprws" on this node is updated with Lumira-related jar files, which makes the saving/retrieval of Lumira docs working.
If you want both the WACS server to be able to handle Lumira document saving/retrieval, please install LS4BIP on BOEserver, and choose only "Restful Web Services" component. Another option is to just use the "http://LUMIRASERVER:6405/biprws" URL in Lumira Desktop so you don't have to maintain multiple LS4BIP installations on different nodes.
