1. Have you tried in different browser on same web page?
2. On IE 11 do the following settings and then check the same
a) "Compatibility view settings" refer the snapshot check the both options

- To open the IE Developer Tools press F12
- On left side change to the options "Emulation"
- Change the "Documents modus" to 5
- Change the "Browser Agent" to "Internet Explorer 7"
