CRM: Order change History

Hello,

Is there any function module to read the CRM order (complaint) history i.e. changes made to the transaction including change in item and Header status.

I've to read the changes in complaint Object type BUS2000120 and trigger an event in workflow and wonder how could I read the order changes, any standard FM or routine ?
