You can write a simple rule

     ADDWT 4567.

Place PCR with function PIT              NOAB, PCR should be after X023 or  place above INPET function.

Mean while add 4567 on payslip by using transaction PE51 in Windows, cumulation ID's.

Now ask them to maintain 1234 in IT0014 and check.
